1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the PestNexa website and the pest control services we provide across Karachi, Pakistan. By booking our services or using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

PestNexa provides professional pest control, fumigation and disinfection services for residential, commercial, industrial and government clients. All treatments are carried out by trained, licensed technicians using government-approved products.

3. Bookings & Quotations

Quotations are provided free of charge following an inspection and are valid for 14 days. Prices may vary based on property size, infestation level and treatment type. A booking is confirmed once you accept the quotation.

4. Service Guarantee

Eligible treatments are backed by a written service guarantee. If covered pests return within the guarantee period, we will re-treat the affected area free of charge, provided our aftercare advice has been followed.

5. Payments

Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer and approved digital payment methods.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide safe access to the property and follow all safety instructions provided before and after treatment, including any advised vacating period.

7. Liability

PestNexa is not liable for pre-existing damage, or for losses arising from failure to follow our aftercare instructions. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

8. Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
